The Air Operations certification process is long and demanding, both for the Authority as well as the Organization applying for approval. Fortunately, there are some clearly defined paths that lead to an AOC being issued. The work however still needs to be done, being it the meticulous verification of manuals against requirements, or the organization of audits to verify the organization is ready.
